The murder of Colonel Fitzpatrick

1920s rain-soaked London. You are a company of detectives specializing in the occult. One day, you receive a cryptic postcard requesting assistance from the eccentric and extremely wealthy Colonel Fitzpatrick. Upon arrival at his home, you are informed by the servants that he has been brutally murdered the same night. You now have one hour to solve the murder before the police arrive and take over the investigation. Colonel Fitzpatrick was very reclusive and private. In his youth, he served as a soldier in the British colonial army in Africa, after which he made a remarkable swift career in the military. His investments were unusually successful, making him a very wealthy man. However, he always dismissed questions about his time in Africa, and when the subject was raised, a dark shadow would cross his face, as if he carried a heavy burden.
