"You have voluntarily signed up as test subjects at the hospital as you are unfortunately infected with the terrible zombie virus. Scientists have long worked to find an antidote, but without success - at least until now... Because the vaccine that is tested on you seems to work! In the meantime, society has unfortunately collapsed and the hospital is now overrun with zombies. You are therefore left to yourselves, and it is now your task to get hold of the vaccine and escape."
