“You have voluntarily signed up as test subjects at the hospital, as unfortunately, you are infected with the dreadful zombie virus. Scientists have been working for a long time to find an antidote, but without success – at least until now… Because the vaccine that has been tested on you seems to be working! In the meantime, the entire society has collapsed and the hospital is now overrun with zombies. Therefore, you are left to your own devices, and it is now your task to escape from the hospital.”
