Scientists have long been working to find an antidote, but without success - at least until now... Because the vaccine that has been tested on you seems to work! In the meantime, the entire society has collapsed and the hospital is now overrun by zombies. You are therefore left to yourselves, and it is now your task to get hold of the vaccine and escape.”
